• 75 hard - Project 50 part 2. 75 days of goal setting, discipline, and time management.

• Ram Nation - Created a student section, fanpage, and social media content for WCU athletics.

  • Manage a team of 10 that all help to make content for the athletic department.

  • Thomas spoke at quarterly athletic department meeting about social media.

• TK experience - added guests and continue to spread our lessons, advise, and experiences.

  • Had a football player (Junior Default) and the filmer for WCU athletics (John Ferrara) on the podcast.

• Self improvement - continue to get 1% better everyday, learn to outsource work, and have a close knit of friends.
